It was great once I was able to Sean to return my call my car there for a week before they even assessed the situation, which ended up being something related to a windshield installed previously. And it had to sit there for a week before even knowing that when I could have got it fixed at the windshield place. There has to be a solution to prevent cars sitting there a week before even assessing. That’s terrible service. And I called Sean a couple times before he even returned my car. I left a message with the manager and he never returned my call either. But Sean ended up doing a good job and waited til I arrived 10 minutes after closing to pick up my car. So that part was great service.

Service and communication was top-notch. Tacking on a 3% service charge for using a credit card was bush-league and ticky-tack. That amounted to $150 added to a $4800 invoice. Credit card fees are your costs of doing business, not mine. Was it worth $150 to lose a customer, future business, and any chance of positive word of mouth?

My appointment was at 10:30am .I didn’t leave until 2:15 .I was told that my right front wheel hub has wheel stud that has been cross threaded upon arrival if so,it was done by the same dealership on May 24 2023

Jermaine Jackson, the manager Jeff, and the team at Sunrise gave me a great experience and I left as a very happy customer. I'm still cheesing ear to ear almost a week later. I would not recommend going ANYWHERE else. Even in the future if I decide to trade in my car, I'm not going to another place nor am I going to anyone else. JJ is the BEST!

Service was excellent and did not take too long to complete. The place I will fault you was not having the Service Order signed by me until after the work was completed, when I picked the vehicle up. That's like a blank check and you're saying sign here to authorize the work after it's already done. It didn't used to be this way, and it's borderline dishonest. Please go back to the old way where the Service Advisor prints the Service Order when I drop the vehicle off.
