Fred went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure I left in a vehicle I liked & felt safe driving. I had my 3 year old with me, which can be stressful, but Fred entertained my daughter while I was completing paperwork. Brandy in finance worked diligently to get my payment right where I needed it to be. I was greeted by every member of the Sunrise team while I was waiting. I would highly recommend Sunrise Chevrolet Buick GMC in Collierville and I'll definitely be telling my friends and family to go see Fred & Brandy!

Worked on truck and returned to me. Had truck 9 days with less than 250 miles and went down again and then they kept over 2 months. Talking to other transmission experts the problem should had been found the first time.

Service was on time, people friendly. I do think you are trying to sell things that are not necessarily needed. I know the deference but others may not. Was disappointed to have to pay a fee for using a charge card given the oil change was over a $100. Still over all experience was very good.

Better customer service this time but when I picked my vehicle up from being serviced, there was a chalky white substance all over the driver side center console, the top of the center console and the passenger side of the center console along with the same substance on the passenger side where you buckle seat belt. Along further investigation, i have a scratch across my front windshield tint. i have reached out to the service manager and left a voicemail with no return call.

Scheduled appointment at 10:30am, show up at 10am, tell the tech I will be waiting for the car. After several inquiries and after 4 hours of waiting I get a call asking if I want my cab filter replaced. Asked the tech why a Scheduled appointment took 4 hours. He said it shows the car was dropped off, which was a lie. He then proceeds to tell me one tech was sick and another one got injured. Is that the standard response anyone receives after complaining on a 4 hour OIL CHANGE. Nothing more. OiL CHANGE. NEVER COMING BACK.
