Service and communication was top-notch. Tacking on a 3% service charge for using a credit card was bush-league and ticky-tack. That amounted to $150 added to a $4800 invoice. Credit card fees are your costs of doing business, not mine. Was it worth $150 to lose a customer, future business, and any chance of positive word of mouth?
