I Got My Car August The 19 Of 2023 November The 1st Too The 30th It Was In The Shop I Paid 708.14 Too Get It Out On January 2nd Of 2024 My Vehicle Was In The Shop Too March 22 And I Had Too Pay 948.87 Too Get It Out Of The Shop And Three Days Later I Had Too Pay Another 371.66 Too Get It Out The Shop 12 Days Later I Had Too Take My Car Back In The Shop Too Get More Work Done It Was Ready On April 23, 2024 The Same Day My Check Engine Light Popped Back On And My Car It Wasn’t Driving Right At All & I Paid 829.88 Too Get It Back That Tuesday The Same Day I Got It Out Of The Shop, Since I’ve Had This Car Since August The 19th I Only Drove The Car For 3Months While I’m Paying Car Note Thats 564 & Insurance Thats 585 And This Whole Year I’ve Had My Car I Only Drove It For 15 Days & Those 15 Days It Wasn’t Driving Right

I had the oil change, tires rotated and balance because I was driving out of town. I just knew this would make my SUV drive smoother. It did NOT! It drove worse. When customer service called and asked about my experience I explained to her. She would let the representative know. I am sure she did, but I didn't hear back. I thought taking my car to the dealership would be better, it isn't. This is the second time I've gone. The last time was to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. I also thought they would let me know of any other maintenance that was need, but they don't.

It was nice to be catered by one of your specialist in a timely manner. The diagnosis was right on of the issues I am having with my vehicle. Although, I decline the repair. It cost way too high than what I have expected. To me the labor cost is ridiculously priced. I cannot afford to bring my vehicle back for repair.

Quick and fast service on my diesel. Had issue with def tank not reading correctly. My advisor Matt told me that one of his best diesel techs Robert was on it. Had issues with diesel before and usually takes some time but this was quick and I was on my way in no time. Thanks

I call to price full process of the transmisson fluid change and I got a price of 399 plus tax and when I drop my vehicle of Jeff Holland told me the price is $629.00. So I got on the phone and call him after I drop my vehicle off. I said Mr.Holland I call you and you gave me a quote of $399 and you change the price but when I came to pick my vehicle up yesterday I pay 494 and some change. So that is something you guys need to check into! I been going to sunrise to get my vehicle service since 2015 and never receive discounts. Then again I had to go to his supervisor about an over charge he did in the past on my vehicle and I didn’t tell him to service it. His manager fix the situation but it had me so emotions to try to hold my vehicle that I use for transportation
