I had the oil change, tires rotated and balance because I was driving out of town. I just knew this would make my SUV drive smoother. It did NOT! It drove worse. When customer service called and asked about my experience I explained to her. She would let the representative know. I am sure she did, but I didn't hear back. I thought taking my car to the dealership would be better, it isn't. This is the second time I've gone. The last time was to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. I also thought they would let me know of any other maintenance that was need, but they don't.
